Beso Provider Hub is a brand-new launch — a dedicated platform for healthcare providers seeking hands-on clinical training, compliant medical director services, and practice-building consulting. We built the entire digital infrastructure from scratch: 50+ pages, AI chatbot, course catalog, location SEO, lead-generation systems, and conversion architecture designed to fill training cohorts and book discovery calls.
The founder, Naomi Fayzulayev FNP-C, runs an active multi-service medspa (Beso Wellness & Beauty) and needed a separate platform to market her provider-facing business — 15 clinical courses, medical directorship across 5 practice types, a business academy, certification program, and done-for-you practice launch packages. The challenge was building a site that communicates deep clinical credibility while systematically converting providers into training enrollments and directorship clients.
The challenge
Naomi had two distinct businesses under one brand — a patient-facing medspa and a provider-facing training/consulting operation. Marketing both on a single website created confusion: patients saw training content, providers saw treatment pages, and neither audience got a clear conversion path. The provider business needed its own platform with its own positioning, SEO strategy, and lead-generation architecture.
The competitive landscape for medspa training is crowded with large organizations running generic certifications. Naomi's differentiator — that she actively practices every procedure she teaches, every week — needed to come through on every page. The site had to position her as a working clinician, not just another educator, and convert that credibility into enrollment and directorship inquiries.
