Financial services firms face a specific challenge: they offer many products, each with different eligibility requirements, and prospects rarely know which one they need. This engagement solved both problems.
The challenge
The firm offered business loans, personal loans, checking and savings accounts, retirement planning, and insurance — each with different requirements and ideal customer profiles. Their website listed all products on static pages with a single "Contact Us" form for everything.
Advisors reported that the majority of inbound inquiries were for products the prospect didn't qualify for, or from people who needed a product the firm didn't offer.
